Q. What guarantees do I get?
A. You receive a 10 year warranty, which is transferable if you decide to move house.

Q. Can I see any installations before I place an order?
A. We will gladly provide local customers that will be more then happy for you to have a look. You can also take a look at our installation pages where you can view all types of our previous work.

Q. How quickly can you fit my windows?
A. Subject to survey we can install windows within 7 days, but usually installation time is 2 - 4 weeks.

Q. Who fits my windows?
A. Our fully trained installers will carry out the installation with minimum inconvenience to yourself.

Q. Whats your sales process?
A. At first an experienced designer will visit you to create the design/look that you require, then if your happy an expert surveyor will carry out a detailed survey so your new windows are tailor made to your home.

Q. Can I pay weekly or monthly?

Q. What do I do if I have a complaint?
A. We pride ourselves on a second to none customer service, making the customer have complete peace of mind but we do know that from time to time things may go wrong. Our contact page has all the details you can reach us at around the clock 7 days a week.

Q. Do I receive anything for recommending friends to Enviroglaze?
A. Yes, if you are already a customer then you can recommend your friends and family to us. Upon completion of there work you will receive a £100 cheque from us.
